FOODIE FRIDAY.....ZUCCHINI OVERLOAD

Every Friday I get a crop share from Angelic Organics (I blogged about IT last Friday) and zucchini is in season - I have zucchini coming out my ears. I've grilled it, I've given some away 

and then a co-worker gave me the ida to bake with it....SO I shredded my zucchini....

Checked out Pinterest for a recipe that I actually had ALL the ingredients for 

Followed said recipe....

And VIOLA!!!

I added Chocolate chips...these were SUPES delish and moist!!
