One Fish Two Fish

Red Fish blue fish....get where I am going with this?!?!!? Last Friday in honor of Dr. Seuss' Birthday we had a "One Fish Two Fish" Dinner.

I started by using these items......

Sugar Free Vanilla pudding, food coloring, blue jello and Sweedish Fish....I used the sugar free pudding to make these....

Pudding Freezer pops....simply prepare the pudding according to the directions....let sit in the fridge for about 5 minutes and then divide into 4 different bowls....add food coloring and layer NEATLY into your plastic cup.

The blue jello and sweedish fish were for these.....

IF nobody's ever told you, lemme be the first - SWEED fish and jello are C R A P P Y! YUCKO! The fish get all nasty and mushy. Even the kids said yuck!

ONE FISH

Was dinner for the littles.....fish stix, cheddar broccoli rice and sliced tomatoes.....

TWO FISH

Was dinner for the momma (who hates fish stix). A bed of brown rice with a piece of gardineria salmon nestled on top and an organic mixed herb salad.

BOTH dinners were perfect for LENTEN Friday and SEUSS' BIRTHDAY!!!

You'll be glad to know our pudding pops came out EXCELLENT (although for a fun adult version add khalua, Baileys, etc)

And they look good too!!
