I took Maya and Miguel to do a lil shopping and spend their gift cards....the Midwest has had some FAB weather the past few days and Friday was no exception - it was in the 80's!

WOW! My entire outfit was thrifted! I didn't even realize that until I typed it!

Saturday was "Date Day" with my guy! We farmed out the kids and spent the gorgeous Saturday afternoon perusing shops in Downtown Geneva. Here I am at the cupcake shop (I had the pumpkin and maple cupcake - TO D I E FOR!!)
Then we had a late lunch at The Turf Room...a place I have been dyin' to try. I LOVED it! The ambiance was a warm industrial chic vibe (I will post more on this later)
I sported my vintage Coach bag Saturday...it proved to be the perfect size to wear cross body, was big enough to hold the "essentials" and not too heavy!
