Mani Monday and A sale

(my nails are a seafoam green color...if I can snap a pic I will add later!). She did her nails for the 4th...don't they look ADORBS?!?!?! 

 She polished them with a white base coat and then used red and blue and her AS SEEN ON TV "Salon Express" nail stencil discs to create the design. I was Über impressed and feel so proud!!
